This one is another where some of the existing landscape needs to be left in place and the customer wanted to keep the bed layout the way that it was already. The overgrown shrubbery along the house foundation needed removed and some of the accent trees were able to be transplanted into the final design where the customer wanted to move them to. Here is the layout and plant choices selected by the homeowners for their site.

Blue My Mind Blue Daze used as flowering accent for focal piece existing dogwood 
African Iris used to attract attention to the large existing Crape Myrtle 
Dwarf Bottlebrush selected as a flowering low shrub 
Gold Mound Duranta for some color to be kept pruned low. 
Sunshine ligustrum to tie in that golden color on the other side of the walk 
Hardy Boxwood used as a backdrop hedge 
Loropetalum for some foliage color 
Florida Native Coontie Palm for low maintanance greenery 
Existing Dogwood to be left in place
